Paver & Concrete Sealing
Cleaning
Sealing pavers starts with a multi step cleaning process, first to remove the pesky weeds that pop up between the cracks and the old sand. Then we go in to remove the white chalky substance on your pavers, also known as efflorescence. The last cleaning step removes mold, mildew, algae and grease.
Sanding
Using a wet sand technique, the gaps between the pavers get filled with joint sand. Industry standard sand paired with sealer ensures long term stability and prevents washout, weed growth and insect infestation.
Pick your perfect sand colour to compliment your pavers.
Sealing
Sealing the pavers provides durable surface protection, joint stabilization hardens the sand in between the cracks while letting it breathe and let water pass through, but still keeps weeds out. Added antifungal prevents mold, mildew and algae from growing. Ultra clear urethane formula protects the pavers from powerful UV rays, the sealer won’t discolour over time and will improve the natural look by providing the deepest colour enhancement.
